Exhibition rules

The rules for the JPAC Competition pieces

• The work should be original art painted with the “Theme” in mind.

• The artwork should be painted by yourself with your own original idea.

• Existing artwork cannot be used as a main subject on your artwork.

• The artwork should be new that has never been shown before.

• No decal prints can be used on your artwork.

 

The rules for the JPAC Exhibition pieces

• Works with free themes or works that follow the “Theme” of this event are also welcome.

• The artwork should be painted by yourself with your own idea.

• Existing art, with copyrights (modern art), cannot be used as a main subject on your work.

• Existing art, which has no copyrights (antique art), can be used as a main subject on your work. If this

is the case, please make note or mention that with your work.

• It is acceptable to exhibit work that has been previously shown in the past.

• No decal prints can be used on your work.

Board members can judge the possibility of all the competition and exhibition pieces under the rules.
